This film was probably an enhancement on the new-year for Jonah Hill after being nominated to have an Academy Award. I wasn’t too attracted to Hill in the past and i believe it was as a result of his a lot less than stellar performances within the mediocre films ‘Accepted’ and ‘Superbad’. As soon as the film starts the 2 main become good friends during their time at the police academy. Morton struggled through fitness and health while Greg struggles with academics. Channing Tatum didn’t wow me the maximum amount of, but I would say this is actually the only film that is actually fun and enjoyable to view him in. What caught my attention probably the most was the characters were also likeable. I used to be really surprised with the humor that Ice Cube’s character provided. I used to be very happy to look into see he was able to be funny following the ‘Friday’ movies (the only other role worth mentioning in Ice Cube’s past movies), we really enjoyed his perform.
