Will Smith family shows up in The Karate Kid Premiere

The cast of the 11th June 2010 release, “The Karate Kid” are all geared up as of now after its premiere was held on 7th June at the Mann Village Theatre. To the event were present, the cast, including Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan, along with Will Smith, his wife Jada, and kid Willow and other big names like singer Ciara, Wuinton Aaron of “The Blind Side,” and actress Regina King.

The story follows a Twelve-year-old boy named Dre (Jaden Smith) who moves with his mother from Detroit to the Land of Kung Fu, China. There he is forced to learn and master the art of Kung Fu when his feelings for his classmate Mei Ying (Han Wen Wen) create an enemy of the class bully, Cheng.and the man who turns out to help him is the Maintenance Man, Mr. Han (Jackie Chan) who is secretively a teacher of Kung Fu.

Highly motivated and practicing the art hard soon, it becomes time for Dre to prove himself as he decides to take on Cheng and his allies in a large scale Martial Arts Tournament.

Jada, Jaden’s mom, tells us that it was a lot of hard work and tears, thought the movie. She also adds that Jaden is more like his father, Will Smith, in working hard towards what he needs to achieve.
