The Last Exorcism trailer has been released to its target audience of horror movie fans. The Last Exorcism trailer starts off by saying that “Exorcism is live and well and today it is bigger than it’s ever been”. Then is introduces reverend Cotton Marcus (Patrick Fabian) who has performed over 50 exorcisms and is ready to do his last exorcism on request of Louis Sweetzer (Louis Herthum) for his daughter Nell Sweetzer (Ashley Bell) who he thinks is possessed.
The exorcism brings out the possession in her in a daring way that speaks, bends and moves in a very inhuman way. What is catchy about the trailer are the words “If you believe in god, you must believe in the devil” and tells you to look forward to god’s way of solving the situation.
Coming from the producers of Eli Roth and Dawn of the Dead, Last Exorcism is considered to be one of the outstanding films that were featured at the Comic-con this year and the trailer reveals this quite rightly.
Last Exorcism which is due to hit theaters on 27th August 2010 will shake up the audience with horror and shock at its best.
