The Avengers movie will be in 3D

Following the example set by many super hero movies The Avengers too will be shot using the 3D technology according to rumor coming behind the closed doors of Marvel Studios which is set to helm the highly waited and highly anticipated action movie to be directed by Joss Whedon. Movie is expected to bring a league of action super heroes together including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor the Hulk among many others.

Marvel Studios has not yet confirmed the matter officially but it sure sound promising and appealing. If the studio decides to shoot The Avengers in 3D format then it will be the first time for the creators to venture a project using the highly popular and eye popping technology. As the director Joss Whedon has shown his interest in the matter recently which men that the phenomenon is likely to happen.

The Avengers is completed with a stellar cast that includes Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Samuel L. Jackson, and Don Cheadle among many others is set to be released on 4th of May in 2012 under the joint banner of Paramount Pictures and Marvel Studios.
