Somewhere Movie Poster: And trailer looking good

Sofia Coppola’s Somewhere movie poster and trailer have been released. The poster shows  Stephen Dorff and Elle Fanning resting by the poolside of their humongous residence while the trailer depicts the movie to be one that show the unique bond between father and daughter.

Stephen Dorff plays Johnny Marco, a Hollywood actor living in a celebrity-induced artificial world who loses sense of real world happenings.  His life seems to take a turn when his 11-year-old daughter, Cleo (Elle Fanning) surprises him with a visit and brings about a connection to real life.

Stephen Dorff debuted in the movie, The Gate (1987). He then continued with his solid performances in “The Power of One” (1992), “Backbeat” (1994), “I Shot Andy Warhol” (1996) and “Blade” (1998) which earned him a considerable fan base for the hated arch vampire character , Deacon Frost. Though, not among talks in the recent past this character seems ideal to him.  Somewhere is privileged to be directed by Sofia Coppola, Academy Award winner for Lost in Translation (2003) and is set for release on 22nd December 2010.
