Machete movie poster has been released for you to see. The poster of the upcoming action thriller flick portrays in a red background, the main characters and above all is Danny Trejo. It gives the first impression of bloodshed and rage.

Directed by the award winning director, Robert Rodriguez (Sin City (2005), El Mariachi (1993), Grindhouse (2007)), the movie is planned for release on 3rd September 2010. In the lead role is, Danny Trejo who plays Machete, a highly skilled renegade who was set up by the organization that hired him.  With the assistance of Luz (Michelle Rodriguez), a saucy taco slinger, Padre (Cheech Marin) a priest who has taken a vow of nonviolence, and April (Lindsay Lohan) a gun-wielding socialite, he plans on brutal revenge on his boss.

Talking of the ideal cast member whose role coincides with real life, the only name that pops up is Dannay Trejo. Before joining the cast of “Runaway Train” (1985), Trejo was into heroin addiction alcoholism and spent some amount of jail time. He also became an undefeated lightweight and welterweight boxing champ, during that period.

As far as Trejo’s role is concerned, looks as though he did not have to really act getting used to the hard life.
