Josh Brolin role playing on Young Adult

After his Jonah Hex character alongside Megan Fox, Josh Brolin is up for his next movie which will also reunite The Juno team of writer Diablo Cody and director Jason Reitman for Young Adult.

Josh Brolin will play opposite Charlize Theron, who is already set to star as a divorced writer who forces herself in to the life of her high school sweetheart (Brolin) who is apparently married with kids. This seems to be a rather challenging character for Brolin to perform with a successful director like Jason Reitman by his side.

Young Adult is in pre production now and is said to be shooting by November. Josh Brolin’s acting career is strengthened by three other formidable talents including father, James Brolin stepmother Barbra Streis and wife Diane Lane. Hence moving in to the acting career wasn’t much of a challenge when he made his debut with The Goonies (1985).

Some of his other movies include Hollowman (2000) In to the Blue (2005) women in Trouble (2009) while this season’s recognized movie includes Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (2010) with co stars Shia LaBeouf and Michael Douglas.
