Centurion Movie another poster released
A new poster of the upcoming action-adventure British thriller, Centurion has been released. The poster shows the main character of the movie fighting a very intense battle and in the motive of winning it.
The story takes place during AD117 when the Roman Empire stretched from Egypt to Spain, and East as far as the Black Sea and northern Britain and during a period when it had been invaded by the savage enemies called the Picts. Looks like the adventures tale going blast long way historical conversations. Roman soldiers are not giving it up so easily.
Quintus Dias (Michael Fassbender), the only sole survivor of a Pictish raid on a Roman frontier fort along with General Virilus’ (Dominic West) the legendary Ninth Legion, set off to destroy their leader Gorlacon (Ulrich Thomsen) and wipe out the Picts entirely. But things don’t work according to plan when Virilus taken captive in a surprise attack. And now it is all in Quintus’s hands to protect and control his squad from enemies, lead by the Pict Warrior Etain (Olga Kurylenko) who are on the move to take revenge, rescue their General and reach the safety of the Roman frontier.
Centurion is written and directed by the Doomsday (2008) director Neil Marshall. The movie stars Michael Fassbender, Dominic West, Olga Kurylenko, Noel Clarke, JJ Feild and Riz Ahmed will hit the US theatres on 27th August 2010.
