A “spirited” Kate Hudson got “very friendly” with a female model at the opening of the newly refurbished Fontainbleau Hotel in Miami Beach on Friday night.

“She didn’t care who saw them,” a spywitness tells us. “They were being very open in public. It was quite shocking. They looked like they were having a GREAT time!”

More power to Kate and her model!
