It’s always a fashion parade when Nicole Richie arrives at traffic school, and she didn’t disappoint yesterday with her gladiator sandals, back in a big way black nail polish and trendy double braids. Even though Nicole has been extra busy lately with her blossoming TV career and taking care of the family’s newest star, little Harlow, she still manages to make attending her weekly driving class a priority. Most of you think she’s still a bad girl at heart, but Nicole does deserve some credit for teaching Harlow about taking responsibility for your actions.
