Miley Cyrus Wins Favorite Female Singer

Dwayne Johnson walked on stage dresses as Miley Cyrus at the 2009 Kids Choice Awards. The viewers voted on 3 different things for Dwayne to do and dressing as Miley won. Joining him on stage was Miley, who was dressed just like him and she said it was like looking in a mirror.

Dwayne then told Miley that he had something to tell her…that she won Favorite Female Singer! Miley was very emotional because she said she really thought she was going to lose. She went to the podium and thanked her fans. The speech was short and sweet because she couldn’t stop crying. Congratulations Miley!!
