The 4th Annual HollyShorts Film Festival is happening right now, Aug. 7-10, 2008, in L.A., and Hollyscoop.com was there to, you guessed it, get the scoop.

Film shorts are cool because you can pack a lot of power and emotion into a short piece of film.
