I know what the private event was at Eva Longoria’s Beso restaurant Tuesday night! It was a private dinner thrown by Allure magazine. I love that magazine. Eva had a sit down dinner with friends Victoria Beckham, Heidi Klum, Rosario Dawson, and Felicity Huffman. Supermodels, superstars and Desperate Housewives all dining together. How fun that must have been!

Eva graced the cover of the November issue of Allure. The editor, Linda Wells, said that Eva is “smart, gorgeous, funny and unretouched … and not frumpy at all”. The word frumpy was obviously referring to Eva’s season 5 Desperate Housewives character Gaby, who looks a little bit different this season after having two kids.

Eva’s pal Victoria Beckham had good things to say about the November cover. She said, “I love the fact that Eva has a more natural makeup. I love the heavy brow. I love the styling. It’s a really, really, gorgeous cover and a gorgeous spread.”

I imagine all the ladies had a lot of fun eating dinner and just chatting. What a fun girlfriend’s night!
