Blaaaaake is going back to jail after failing a drug test.

No surprise there!

The relapse defies the terms of his 27-month sentence, extending a stay in the big house to early 2010.

Wino’s husband was released early from jail a few weeks ago, provided he checked himself into rehab.

After failing his drug test, a desperate Blaaake apparently then rushed to the hospital where estranged wife Amy is currently resting to beg the singer for forgiveness.

Well, Amy doesn’t have far to go if this sends her on another bender – she can do it from the comfort of her hospital bed!

While the situation sucks for Blake, he won’t be able to hijack divorce proceedings as easily anymore, and maybe Amy can get her life back on track.

A source says, “If he had stayed in prison last month rather than taking the rehab option he was set to be released at the end of this month. He’s blown it.”

What an idiot!
