Could there be trouble in paradise for Charlize Theron and her beau? You know, Whatshisface!

The blonde hottie planned a secret and romantic vacation in Mexico for New Year’s with her boyfriend of a really long time, 36 year-old Stuart Townsend. However, the two ended up arguing and bitching most of the time.

Theron and her guy stayed at an exclusive hotel in Tulum, Mexico. And it seems she even took her frustration out on the staff.

A source says, “She kicked off a few times and Stuart took the brunt of it all and didn’t look very happy. She began shouting about the lights not coming on in her room and was heard complaining about the water not being hot enough.”

And the two reportedly didn’t spend much time together either.

Charlize was off to golf and yoga classes while Stuart relaxed at the beach.

The couple returned to Los Angeles on New Year’s Day.

If they call it quits in ‘09, we doubt Charlize will have any trouble finding a new guy – or girl!
